As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our work in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring our clients feel valued, heard, and supported. You’ll be maintaining daily contact with long-term clients, helping them navigate their needs, solving issues before they become problems, and finding new opportunities to grow our collaboration. This is not a cold-calling position—it’s about building trust, delivering results, and being the go-to person for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor and trace refrigerated shipments daily
Understand the driver's situation and provide accurate, timely updates
Maintain full focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
Communicate any issues related to deliveries, pickups, or equipment
Keep both shipper and receiver informed and satisfied

Skills and Personality

Strong English skills – fluent in speaking, writing, and listening
