As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our work in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring our clients feel valued, heard, and supported. You’ll be maintaining daily contact with long-term clients, helping them navigate their needs, solving issues before they become problems, and finding new opportunities to grow our collaboration. This is not a cold-calling position—it’s about building trust, delivering results, and being the go-to person for our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proactively maintain and grow client relationships through regular check-ins
  • Understand each client’s needs and work closely with operations to make sure they’re met
  • Handle questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Prepare and send reports, updates, or follow-ups that keep the client informed and engaged

Skills and Personality
  • Strong English communication skills—clear and professional in speaking and writing
  • Friendly, people-first mindset with ability to connect

  • Previous experience with customer service or client management is a plus
  • Knowledge of logistics or pharmaceuticals is a big advantage—but not a must
