As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our work in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring our clients feel valued, heard, and supported. You’ll be maintaining daily contact with long-term clients, helping them navigate their needs, solving issues before they become problems, and finding new opportunities to grow our collaboration. This is not a cold-calling position—it’s about building trust, delivering results, and being the go-to person for our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Be open and communicative towards your colleagues.
  • Be organized and detail-oriented to successfully use all of the information.
  • Track & Trace the loads daily.
  • Report all delivery, pick-up, trailer and truck issues.

Always provide on-time updates to your colleagues, shippers and receivers.
